Returns & Exchanges
All of us at Rook+Crow want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied you may return your purchase within 14 days of the invoice date for refund or exchange. Returned items must be unworn and accompanied by a copy of your packing slip or emailed order confirmation.
Rook+Crow will only accept returns of items purchased through rookandcrow.com. Returns of items purchased at other retailers must be handled through those retailers pursuant to their return policies.
All refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. The amount of your refund will be less shipping charges, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect item received.
Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable merchandise credit.
For an exchange, please indicate which item(s) you would like. The price difference will be credited or charged to your original payment credit card.
Returns should be packed securely and returned to the address below. Do not forget to insure your package. Rook+Crow will not take responsibility for items lost in transit.
